At TOPS Boutique we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. We believe that our store policies should be fair and
transparent. Below you'll find our policies, which detail the way we operate our business.


At TOPS Boutique we personally inspect items prior to shipment as our goal is 100% satisfaction. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted a store credit. Item(s) must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way to receive a credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available to use for future purchases. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.



All permanently marked down items and items sold at more than a 20% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase. All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.

After your return is initially approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s). Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee. We do not provide return shipping labels.

NOTE:  Please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive your returned item and issue a credit upon inspection of merchandise. Please wait to send emails asking if we have received or processed your return if it is still within that time frame. 

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. You can use your store credit for future purchases. Store credits are good for 12 months from time of issuance. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

Again, items must be in original condition. No discounted items or bodysuits (due to the delicate nature) will be accepted. They are FINAL sales.


Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. 

Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.


In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered  the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5-7 days for us to process and ship your order. It is our intent to ship sooner and will do our best to do so. Once your order has been shipped by us you will receive notice and tracking information.

 *COVID 19 UPDATE: There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid 19 crisis. We are processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved, and shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our primary shipping agency. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Thank you for your patience as you shop during this time.

We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or delivered to wrong address. Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order. Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.

Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
