TOPS BOUTIQUE was established by an aunt and niece who were inspired by each other’s unique style, energy and talent. “I started stealing Jackie’s clothes when I was n the third grade. She is so beautiful and has such great personal style; I wanted to be just like her.”

After 20 years in the fashion industry, Kamaria saw that most women are not “off the rack” pant height or waist-to-hip ratio.

“For most women pant shopping is dreadful. Personally, I have a ton of tops and a couple pairs of good pants or jeans”.

Together Jackie and Kamaria created TOPS; a beautifully curated on-line boutique dedicated to unique yet effortless style.
